🌐 International Recognition under the Lisbon Convention

The Kyrgyz Republic is a signatory to the Lisbon Recognition Convention, an international agreement adopted by 55 member countries under the joint framework of UNESCO and the Council of Europe.

📜 Student Policy

All students registered directly with Swiss International Global University (SIU) in the Kyrgyz Republic are subject to the rules, regulations, and academic policies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Students enrolled through any joint or collaborative program outside the Kyrgyz Republic are required to follow the policies and academic regulations of the respective partner institution, which operate in accordance with the laws and education standards of their own country.

Each program agreement clearly specifies the applicable legal and academic framework to ensure transparency, quality, and compliance with national education authorities.
